In January 2015 Ireland became the first EU state to export beef into the US since EU imports were banned following the BSE crisis 15 years previously.
I was hired by Diane Stopford, Marketing Advisor to Bord Bia, to create a website for Irish beef in the US market with emphasis on the quality and sustainability of the product and easily managed recipe and blog sections.
